Four Years

Four years ago, I stood up in front of family, friends, my husband-to-be and in the presence of God and said the following:

"Philip, in the presence of God, our family and friends, I promise to love you, support you, cherish you and take care of you till we are parted by death. I will always be faithful to you. I will always submit to your leadership and authority as the head of the house. I will always be only yours, no matter what life brings us. I love you."

Philip promised to me:

"Kym, you are the love of my life. I promise to do all I can to cherish you, honor you and give you the life you deserve. I will always love you and support you in my presence, as well as in my absense. I will do everything in my power to be the best husband I can be. You are my best friend and the woman I will always love."

I'm happy to say we've continued to uphold our vows, and I have no doubt that we will continue to until we die. And if we were vampires or something and lived forever, we'd honor our vows forever. ;)

The past four years have brought a lot of fun, difficulties, changes (big and small), but we've been through it all together. 

I'm not always good with words when I'm trying to talk about how much I love my husband, so I put together a video for us.
